Introduction – The CEE David Award, general instructions and a timeline:

The competition is running on http://www.davidawards.eu.

Timeline:

Voting:
1^st round 24^th May – 1^st June 2006
2^nd round – 12^th – 16^th June 2006

The competing works will be assessed in two rounds.

1^st voting round:

works submitted by a country will be assessed by staff members from other countries in the first round (i.e. voting for works from the voter’s own country is excluded)
each agency employee has three votes for each category
more than one vote per employee for the same work is not allowed
the voting will produce a list of works advancing into the second round

2^nd voting round:

ten people from each country will be voting (nominated by HOC, CD)
each person will have one vote per category
awards will be conferred on works receiving more than 15 votes in the second round. Should more than one work receive the same number of votes, all such works will be awarded.
